EA Background Services CPU Usage Problem

I have notice that every time I open up the EA App, the EA Background Services task jumps from ~0-1% CPU usage/utilization to 90%+ usage/utilization and remains at the 90%+ until I close the app wind...

I never did find a way to fix this issue and I have yet to see any EA App patch/update information that says they have corrected the issue.

  Installing a game brings my PC to its knees, currently......god knows what it's doing!
