2 months agoIf you notice a small charge on your account, it’s probably a pre-authorisation hold rather than an actual charge. This temporary hold is used to verify payment details when you order a game or update your payment method. The funds aren't deducted from your account, and the charge should disappear within a few business days. If you have made multiple repeated failed transactions, there is also a chance you've hit the security limits. Please wait for a couple of days before trying again. Add your payment method to your EA account first before making a new purchase.
