Summarize your bug When I try login to EA Desktop App by e-mail, phone or EA ID i got Error Code: 10005 and I can't enter to application.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1) Open the EA Desktop App 2) Enter e-mail, phone or EA ID and password 3) Click Log in
What happens when the bug occurs? It shows window with message EC: 10005
What do you expect to see? I expect normal log in and ability to enter the app.
When I try login to app I see message EC: 10005. Secreen of this error in the attachment.
Hi everyone,
There was an issue on Sunday that caused players to get the error code 10005 when trying to log into EA Desktop.
We fixed this issue on Sunday and you should no longer have any issues with logging in. If you're still having issues logging in, then please try the App Recovery Tool and clear the cache before rebooting your PC.
As this issue has been resolved, I'll lock this thread.
Should you encounter the 10005 error code again, then please create a new topic or post in an existing thread if there already is a topic.
