I can't download EA Desktop. So when I am running installation file I see blue button, I click it, then I see "Continue" button and that's it. Nothing happens!

If you already have the installer in your downloads, please try downloading it again from the site before you attempt to reinstall so you have the newest version. I had this same issue. Fixed it by restarting the computer.

Do you get the attached error message when you try to launch?

Are you running a VPN or anything else that might affect DNS requests?

I've gotten the installer to just close when messing with DNS requests.

What happens when the bug occurs? The software cannot be installed.
What do you expect to see? Being able to change the installer language and see the software installed on my computer.

I tried to install the EADesktop app, my version came in Spanish in my email then, I cannot change the installation language, after that, it started to show "downloading some stuff", and after that nothing happened... the Software isn't working yet so there is no software installation after 3 tries.
