You own the membership and it's not being shared to you, right? You're also signing into the correct EA account that has your Gamertag associated with it? You can see your Xbox Gamertag by going to the connected accounts tab at profile.ea.com.

No my own EA account has EA play. It's just not downloading. It says on the side that I have EA play and is associated with the right xbox account.- EA_Blueberry5 years ago

Please contact our Support team as soon as you can so they can pull up your account to verify you have an active membership. It sounds like you are either not logging into the correct account or do not have an active membership with Game Pass Ultimate.

Live-Support- 5 years ago@EA_Blueberry I've already contacted them and they told me I had a membership. They're the ones who told me to post my issue here because they can't solve it.
