Please contact our Support team as soon as you can so they can pull up your account to verify you have an active membership. It sounds like you are either not logging into the correct account or do not have an active membership with Game Pass Ultimate.

If you have an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership on the Microsoft account you are logging in with, this should be fixed by deleting the EA Desktop app and install the game through the Xbox app.

Have you checked your Xbox account's subscription history to verify you have an active Game Pass Ultimate membership?
