EA do this. because I try to report worst player do broken rule

This is not first time but to many!!! I report bad player and sent evidence many case EX. sell buy coin use cheat program can't move toxic hack controler ETC. but not only EA unpunished with them ...

after have this mail my id can't get good player untill Ilose morethan 12hr or play after week. that week can't get good or fair player. because EA want to protect bad guy. andwant to libel me. if it that I play fair playgood for what?? and wiilbuy next version for??
