EA error / Crash, cannot open game and keep saying I was disconnected

So one day I was playing Sims 4 and I forgot the save the game and turn the game off, and turn off my laptop, I turn it back on but cannot open my game, EA keep saying it has an error and I was disconnected when I wasn’t, so I was worry but laptop is broke and cannot open game
