EA friend list not working

I'm catching up on some of the threads on this board and came across your thread. Were you able to get sorted with this? If not, there's some information I'd like to share with you. We've found that there can be a few reasons why friends might not show up in the search results. We've popped together a guide here with recommendations that might help them appear for you and vice versa:
