FIX FOUND!!!! (at least for me)
After a few weeks of trying to fix this, I finally found something that worked. I was having the same issue as everyone here where games from EA App would crash constantly with no error message and this fixed it for all games I have tried so far (i've tried 3).Here are the steps:
1. Go to game that you want to play in EA App
2. Click Manage, then View Properties, then Browse
3. Find the Anti Cheat application (mine is titled "EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher")
4. Right click on that file, then click Properties
5. Go to Compatibility section (on the top)
6. Click "Run this program as administrator" and click Apply
Now your game should (hopefully) run normally if you had the same issue as me.
I am not sure if I am adding to the thread correctly, but I am also having this issue. Every game from steam runs just fine as long as it is not made by EA. I have done multiple complete computer resets and reinstalled windows with no luck. I feel like EA does not care about the quality of their launcher or they would have fixed this issue a long time ago. I have not been able to play 2042, BF4, Apex, or Battlefront II. I am at a loss. Thanks for any help.
