Sorry to hear that there's been difficulty submitting those game issues using the 'Contact Us' button.
It'd be worth trying this web form instead to see if the submit button functions as expected there. Be sure to fill out the form in its entirety, and if you're facing any technical issues, please try testing in a different browser and using an incognito or private window.
