i tried Many times to contact a real agent but i can't, i tried every single thing and its just leads me to the bot and he always say (I’ll check what support is available.) and then nothing happens ..
that is very bad .. My Real Problem is that I accidentally purchased an EA Play subscription today. I have not used it, downloaded, or played any games at all. and I want a full refund

The chatbot you’re seeing looks slightly different from what I can see through the main EA Help page. I can see the screenshot you shared, but since the conversation is scrolled up, I can’t see how the interaction ended.
What was the last message or option the chatbot gave you before you closed the chat? That should help us better understand where you’re getting stuck.
