Try to launch one game. If it loads infinitely close ea app, start it again and retry the same game. Keep doing the same pattern and when it writes something about corrupted save start the game and make a new save so the cloud will be updated.
@Frozenoulis When I press launch it just restarts the app, so no luck there.
I m with the same problem. I installed Star Wars Battlefront II with the addon from Steam. First few times I managed to play a little. Then it started to crash in campaign mode, and I could no longer connect to the EA app. I tried the suggestions above, installed and reinstalled the game, steam and the EA app several times and it didn't work. EA app closes by itself (from Steam) or just restart (from app) after a few seconds after clicking to launch the game
make sure game exes not run as adminastor and same with ea app. if you make games run as adminastor ea app cant launch. for battleront 2 deleting bf2 folder under my floder fix issue but you have to select every cards.

I have the same problem, this piece of garbage EA app won't let me start any games, whereas Origin worked just fine.
They shove this atrocity up our throats and don't even have the courtesy the provide support, or at the very least a backup fall-back to origin, which now I have to download from third party sites.
