EA launcher not correctly identifying my battlefield 3 license
Hello,
after switching to the EA App my Battlefield 3 license is now shown as standard instead of premium and when trying to play, it asks for a serial number. One I obviously do not have, because I bought and played the Premium version.
Uninstalling and reinstalling both bf3 and the EA App didnt work. Two chats with the EA support didnt help either.
Did someone here expeience something similar?
best,
Florin
Found the solution:
GO TO C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Services\License AND MOVE 71067.dlf or 71069.dlf (IN MY CASE IT WAS CALLED 70619.dlf) TO ANOTHER FOLDER,
RESTART EA APP AND LAUNCH BF3

ProgramData is a hidden folder so you need to check "hidden elements" in the view tab of Windows Explorer to see it.
