EA payment is stuck on loading

I just bought 10 packs for the sims 4 and it has been loading on the payment screen for 20 minutes. It has charged me (£71). Should I just keep waiting see if it goes through?

I included a screenshot of what the screen looks like too.

    Did it get resolved? Same is currently happening to me - also 10 packs, I'm definitely part of the 'rarely having time to play so updating everything at once when the time comes' team hahaha.
