EA payment issue

Hello,I am trying to purchase The Sims 4 DLC (Castle estate kit) through the EA App, but the credit/debit card option does not work. The total price never appears in checkout and I cannot complete the payment. This happens both in the EA App and in a browser. I have already tried multiple devices and cards, but the issue persists. I have tried all possible guides and solutions I could find online, but nothing worked.&nbsp;I want to pay with my card and do not wish to use any other payment method.I also noticed that there are orders in my EA account, but the payments were never completed. I tried it twice, both orders are marked as failed.

This looks like an EA checkout issue rather than a problem with your card. Failed or pending orders can block new payments temporarily. Try signing out of the EA App, clear the EA App cache, then wait 24 hours before trying again. Also make sure your EA account region matches your card’s country. If it still fails in both the app and browser, contact EA Support and ask them to clear the failed transactions on your account.
