im trying to run the ea app to play BF4 but it keeps crashing

Can you give a bit more information what is happening, when the app crashed? Is this as soon as you launch the game, and do you get any error messages?
Below, you can find a couple of troubleshooting steps that can help here:

- Check for any Windows Updates and install updates if available

- Run the EA app as administrator
Gonna try some of the options you are giving to me, the error it's basically that, I tried first to launch BF4 and it said that my PC couldnt run the game, I thought that's weird I've playing this game for over 2 month now, I tried launching the EA APP, and it just kept saying the same thing, the EA app crash tray again over and over, I just launch dota at that point

Okay, so it just happened out of nowhere, @Aleckils.
Let us know if the issue still comes up after the troubleshooting steps above.
I have same Issue Iam using EA app with game passe after like 10 or 20 minute the App crache without reason I tried everything that I find to solve this but still same issue ..... Iam on win 10 , I never had that problem with origin Also I did a fresh Installation ... And playing or not the App crach without any message or somthing just its get closed
me issues here, EA app is the worst i ever saw. Its very bad and instable
I have the same problem, tried everything you said but nothing work, it is not solved yet?
No its not fixed yet, APP still crashing....
Try creating a new user account if you are using Windows and run the EA App from that account, see if that helps...
Hope EA fixes the APP and we all get back to gaming ASAP!
I tried all the proposed solutions yet the EA just keeps on crashing on startup. (clean boot, run as administratoer, clear cache app, change folder names of EA storage,...)
Can't play any ea game any more.
Does EA refund the games you can't play anymore?
Can't even restore origin without EA blocking the application.

Problem solved.
After reinstalling the app i logged in using my steam account in the EA app.
Every other login method results in the crashing of the app.
It works fine now...
