Can you give a bit more information what is happening, when the app crashed? Is this as soon as you launch the game, and do you get any error messages?
Below, you can find a couple of troubleshooting steps that can help here:
- Clear the EA app cache: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
- Check for any Windows Updates and install updates if available
- Run the System File Checker to help ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
- Clean boot your PC: http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
- Run the EA app as administrator

I have the same problem, tried everything you said but nothing work, it is not solved yet?

No its not fixed yet, APP still crashing....
Try creating a new user account if you are using Windows and run the EA App from that account, see if that helps...
Hope EA fixes the APP and we all get back to gaming ASAP!
