EA Play Background Services Crash

So for MONTHS my EA Play app won't open and I have to go into Task Manager, EA Background Service, Open Services, Properties, and basically turn it on and restart the services. Someone suggested to me that it could be my antivirus software blocking but I've checked it and I don't see it blocking anything. I also ALWAYS turn services to automatic but it ALWAYS gets disabled again. Does anyone know how to fix it??
