EA Play Charging “taxes” in an area where no sales tax is charged.

I live in a state with no sales tax, when attempting to purchase EA Play Pro, the EA app is trying to charge me $1.19 in sales tax when using the funds in my EA wallet, if i use my credit card with the zip code of my residence it does not charge them as should be correct.

I live in Wisconsin... our state is 5.5%... it charges me a little more than 10%, so I am very confused what are they doing with the extra revenue collected.  Do they think I can't do math... $9.99,  + 1.02 in tax... should be $0.55 cents... so there is a scam going on there, it is HIGHLY illegal to collect more taxes than you are paying to states.
