Re: EA Play Pro automatically canceled itself
Hello EA Support,
I have TWO serious issues that need immediate attention:
**ISSUE 1: Unauthorized Subscription Cancellation**
- Account: Serhan98
- EA Play Pro cancelled without my consent on August 8, 2025
- Payment of $16 was successfully charged on August 7, 2025
- Service was removed after only one day of use
- I did NOT request this cancellation
**ISSUE 2: Support Ticket System Failure**
- Submitted multiple support tickets through EA Help website
- Tickets do not appear in my "Open Cases" section
- No confirmation emails received
- No case numbers provided
- Cannot track or follow up on submitted tickets
- Support system appears to be completely broken
**CURRENT SITUATION:**
- Lost $16 paid subscription with no service
- Cannot get help through normal support channels
- Forced to use forums due to ticket system failure
**REQUEST:**
1. Immediate restoration of EA Play Pro subscription
2. Fix the broken support ticket system
3. Provide working case tracking
This is completely unacceptable service quality.
