EA Pro Purchase Failed, Money Withdrawn
I tried to purchase an EA Pro subscription through the EA App, but your system kept showing a “Transaction failed” error. Despite that, the payment was successfully processed by my bank, and the money was withdrawn from my account — yet my subscription was never activated.
I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that the payment was completed without any issues. They also told me the problem is clearly on EA’s side. I even have the payment receipt as proof.
After waiting for nearly two hours, I finally managed to reach EA Support. However, they told me that since the transaction does not appear in their system, they will not issue a refund. This response is completely unacceptable.
At this point, I’ve completely lost trust in EA’s payment and support systems. It’s unbelievable that a company of EA’s size can have such unreliable systems and leave customers without any proper solution.
I had planned to keep my EA Pro membership for at least 8–9 months, but because of this experience and the poor reliability of your systems, I will no longer make any purchases directly through EA.
