I paid for my ea pro membership and the money was withdrawn but no membership.

i just made the purchase as well and it did the same thing to me?

I did a purchase last night it worked last night and today it’s completely gone 

look like many people have this issue they going to have to refund soon very frustrating

Same thing is happening to me right now, paid for it, played bf6 all evening, log on this morning and i just have ea play now and cant play bf6

They won't, myself and many others have talked to support. Make some noise, they won't care until it hurts their BF6 sales.

The same thing just happened to me and support has been very unhelpful and downright rude

The same thing happened to me, the money was deducted twice, the first request did not go through and a second request was automatically made and went through, I tried to check if I could request a refund but I couldn't find any information.
