EA say that my Visa card is invalid!

I'm trying to use my new Visa card to by a Sim pack but I only get an answer that my card is invalid.

I was only ask to verify my old cards security code but this card is not useably any more.

I can use my new card at other places but nor for EA so my new card is valid.  I've been in contact with my bank for verification and my card is correct and they told me to contact EA. But that's really not easy!
