Toggle the selection for "go online" or "go offline" via the menu at the top left of the EA app.
Check the links below for connectivity info and help, thanks.

Thanks.
I have tried all those solutions and they didnt work
This is the exact message that pops up when I try to load into any game
I keep having the same issue as well. I've tried all the fixes and nothing works. It's driving me nuts!
This does not fix the issue. I've tried making sure the app and secondary services are up to date, that I'm connected to the internet, uninstalled and re-installed both the EA app and the game and I still get stuck with error 500 and the same message as others have pointed out when trying to launch a game. "We've noticed your computer is currently offline. To activate your game on this computer using your EA Account, you'll need to connect to the Internet."
There is a problem with the current version of the EA app not with people's hardware or OS configuration.
For what it's worth I'm trying to launch a game through my Xbox Game Pass account. Not sure if the connectivity between the Xbox app and the EA app has anything to do with it.
This is only with Dead Space 3......for Dead Space 1 and 2, I just click on them in steam and they'll play so it has nothing to do with the EA app.... I've already played 50 hours on Dead Space 3 about a year ago.... now I cant log in...what the hell....keeps saying I'm offline
Have you found a solution?
i have the same exact problem i've contacted support and everything they suggested doesn't work. they decided to not try and help me after that i am very disappointed with the ea support team. it seams like they are just there to confirm that our games or app isn't working
