EA Sports code lost

My problem is that i just got the new EA Sports FC 24. I pre-orderded the standard edition from ozone.bg. I just got it from the delivery and when i came back home i opened the box. It was for PC and there was a code in the box. It is not my first time redeeming one and i tried to do it. I redeemed the code and everything was fine until it started downloading. Around 10 mins the status of the download was still on Prepearing.... and later on the window of an error with the installation popped up. So after i knew there was a problem with the app I stopped the procces and I was going to try the same thing a few minutes later. But after i stopped it the game vanished from my account and was not longer in my library neither in the section of the installed games.
