Try the app Recovery from the start menu. Hopefully, that is all you need. 

If the app recovery does not fix this, you can uninstall and reinstall the app from a fresh download.

anche a me da ieri sera non si aggiorna EA Games. Parla di riavvio e di aggiornamento obbligatorio ma non conclude l'aggiornamento, bloccandomi completamente la schermata diu gioco. Ho già scritto ore fa in assistenza, ma ancora non ho avuto un riscontro dall'assistenza! Vi sta capitando anche a voi la stessa situazione? Siete già riusciti a risolvere o sapete come fare? Vi ringrazio in anticipo 🙌
