Seeing as you've already tried different payment methods, please try the following steps to see if it clears up the error:
- Make sure your billing details in the EA app match the billing details for your card
- Add the payment method to your account before making the purchase
- Make sure the location on your account matches your real location
If the issue persists, you'll need to contact our support team by navigating to the Contact Us button at the bottom of this page. They'll be able to check your account and investigate further, as we aren't able to support account-related requests here on the forums.
