EACefSubProcess.exe high cpu usage

EACefSubProcess.exe is constantly using anywhere between 30-50 percent of my cpu in the background even after the ea launcher is closed. There is no game being updated or downloaded and its throttling my computer. What is it? How do I fix this?

I have the same problem, but cpu usage about 15% (11-19) and ram near 1,5Gb. What does it do? And why?! EA application doesn`t started at all! Have no problem with ram, but 15% cpu is too much for i3-12400.
