Eafc 24 download stuck on preparing and not launching

I bought eafc 24 as a redeemable key for the ea app and i tried to download it but its been stuck on preparing ever since. i tried all the troubleshoot methods like clearing cache unistall and reinstall and so on but it never worked and most of the times the app itself wont load as you can see in one of the screenshots. i then bought another key directly for steam and i could then download the game and i can see it on my pc. however you need the ea app to run it which i tried and its giving me more problems and wont launch and gives me the antivirus error but as far as im aware ive disabled them. the first key is still on the ea app and it still wont downlaod. please help me out with any steps i can do and i will follow them its been more 4 days but its not working. i did this last year for fifa 23 and it worked so idk why its not for the new game
