EA/Steam Titles not launching

Has anyone found a solution to the EA APP getting stuck in a constant bootloop when trying to start a game?  

I've tried clearing cache, full uninstall/reinstall, various other forum suggestions and the issue remains. Any EA title whether purchased through Steam or inside the app will not boot. The EA app launches the loading bar and then it crashes and tries again until I force it to stop in windows TM.
