EC:10005 Login Bug - CANNOT LOGIN AT ALL

Summarize your bug I get error code 10005 when I try to login to ea desktop and get sent back to the login screen.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just login to ea desktop.
What happens when the bug occurs? I get the error code 10005 and get sent back to the login screen.
What do you expect to see? To actually login to the app without an issue.

Don't tell me to run as administrator, restart my pc, or uninstall and then reinstall the application. I have done all of that. I have also ended task and cleared the cache. I have checked dozens of forums and just keep seeing the claim that this issue has been fixed, and yet here the issue is still persisting.
