4 years agoIf it doesn't work with a Clean Boot and disabling firewalls/VPNs/Proxies/etc. and a clean install of Windows, then I would like to check if the router is blocking any connections.
Could you please make sure that the PC is directly connected to the router and that you have opened the following ports on your router?

If you don't know how to open the ports, then I can suggest getting in touch with the manufacturer of the router.

so your suggestion to fix an issue with our terrible app is to completely delete all of our personal data and clean install windows? What a joke of a company
