What troubleshooting have you performed so far @TheTeaShed?

As I think it is related connection, please try the following:

  • Launch the EA app as an administrator. 
  • Turn off your VPN. 
  • Temporarily disable your firewall and anti-virus or create an exception for the EA app. 
  • Clear the cache via App Recovery. 
  • Make sure that you don't have any proxies enabled.

@EA_Jason I've tried this troubleshooting and still not working. I keep having the "EC10005" error all day long.
