Enchanted by Nature isn't showing up in my game!

Hey! I had the same problem as you, except that my game doesn't appear as installed, just as “additional content” even though I have it in the library. I've uninstalled, reinstalled sims 4, the ea app, relinked my steam (I play from steam haha) but nothing works. I contacted support and they told me it was a bug. And that I should check EA Help's twitter. That's all...
