Nowansi It sounds like you're referring to the bonus content, not the pack itself. The expansion is called Enchanted by Nature within the EA App too.
If you've bought this code from a third-party seller, check your receipt or email confirmation for a second code. If you don't have one, contact the seller and point out that you only received the bonus content, not the EP that you thought you were buying.
