Erroneous accounts link

Hello! I need your urgent help with a technical linking issue.

Today, I accidentally linked my Steam account to the wrong (new) EA account. However, my entire game progress, purchases, and statistics for Battlefield 6 are located on my original EA account

I already tried to fix this, but I'm blocked by the 6-month cooldown. Because of this mistake, I cannot access my progress and the content I paid for. Since this was an accidental link made just today, could you please make an exception and reset the cooldown for my Steam ID? I have full access to both accounts and can provide any proof needed (receipts, emails).

I just want to return my Steam link to its original EA account where my progress is. Thank you!

    Hey Sasareks​,

    We are not able to make any changes to your account status or links via the forums I'm afraid, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it would be worth contacting support directly to see if the original platforms can be re-linked. 

    They'll need to verify some account details and check to see what can be done from there, thanks!

    Sorry to hear it Sasareks​. We wouldn't be able to see the details or make changes ourselves here on the forums, but if you had more concerns about the issue please feel free to resume a case here to have another advisor take a look.

    EA_Mako​ Thanks for the reply, I already spoke with tech support and unfortunately they refused me, even though I said that I accidentally linked the wrong account.
