Can't retreive TFA codes, lost access to email

Hi ea i lost my email it has been deleted al long time ago i cant login ea on web i want to change my email but when i try to change my email a code gets send to my old email could you please help me if you want proof that the account is from me i can show you proof ,Thank you

    You need our support team's help to reset where the security codes are sent and to update the email on the EA account.

    To reach them, 

    1. Open this guide and scroll to the bottom, and click 'Contact Us' under the heading 'Still having issues?'.
    2. This will open up the EA NextStep bot to help complete the help ticket for sending. Once you've completed the next steps and submitted the ticket, a support case will be sent to the support team

     

    They'll be in touch as soon as someone is available to help you further.

    The guide does not open it send me back to the starting page of safari

    He does not help me i have proof that the account is from me but i dont have te email because its deleted

    Apologies, I didn't spot a notification when you replied.

    It sounds like you were able to use the link to connect with the support team, but hit a snag passing the account security stage with them. If you've not been able to verify account ownership, the live support team's hands will be tied, for now. They won't be able to assist you with regaining access or updating the info on that EA account just yet. The support team wants to help you out. They won't ask you to verify newly changed information; it will only be information the account owner can answer. 🙂

    The best thing I can recommend is to gather as much additional info as possible and speak with our live support team again. Then try to answer the questions the support team asks. For example:

    • The original email address used to set up your EA Account
    • Any invoice numbers from games you’ve bought through an EA platform, like the EA app?
    • Any older game codes you redeemed on your EA account via the EA app (formerly Origin)?
