Error: Access is Denied - Windows pop-up

Error: Access is Denied pop-up box when trying to play Sims 4. No problems the previous times opening the game. EA App on Windows laptop. Attempting a full reinstall.

Reinstall didn't work. Also cleared cache and hit repair. Still getting the error message.
