My ea app was just a blank screen do i reinstalled it then it started showing me Error EC:104 and when i click on ea nothing happes i need to go in the files to even get the error messege
what should my clock has the right time i closed my pc like 30 times i waited 24h
Yesterday I clicked EAUpdater.exe to update the trash EAAPP to v13.188 from v13.180.
After finished, the EAAPP logging interface showed up! And I logged in successfully!!! Yes no crashed report again!!!
However, my enthusiasm was cold very soon, as when I lauched BF4 or BF3, it said: Invalid License.
Then I exited the EAAPP, and lauched again. And the crashed report showed up again!!! Till now. ERROR CODE, EC-104.
PS: my PC is WIN7.

EA app is not launching since installation.
Getting 'Background Services crashed. Error code 104' every time.
Tried manually updating EA app,
Repairing it,
Re-installing the EA app,
EA background services disabling,
EA App Recovery program,
Setting pc time settings on automatic,
EA app updater program etc.
Nothing is working.
OS is Win 11.
Can someone please help?
Hi, a couple days ago I was playing the sims and my game crashed and my computer said the memory was low. I didn’t want to figure it out that day so I waited until yesterday to figure it out. I checked my computers memory and it said I had a lot of memory left so it seemed fine. I tried to open the ea app and the app said it crashed and needed to restart and then it should be fine. So I tried to restart it but it said background services crashed and to restart the app. So I did and the same thing happened. I kept trying to restart the app but it’s a constant loop of not being able to even get into the app. I’ve tried deleting it and reinstalling it but that didn’t help and I’ve restarted my computer so many times and that also didn’t help. I don’t know if it’s being weird because it crashed last time I was on it but I don’t know what to do now. If anyone has any recommendations that would be great. Thank you!
