Error code 10007

Could you please provide some further information on the issue you're experiencing? When are you seeing this error? Is this happening when installing or launching the EA app or a game? Please provide as much information as you can, that will help us identify the error and help you in fixing it. If you can also provide a screenshot of the error message, that would be very helpful. 

Hi I'm new, it happens to me too when I start the game. As soon as the EA Ap opens.

I'm having the same error trying to launch Mass Effect andromeda game on Geforece Now. I did troubleshoot it. I cleared cache of EA app and Geforce Now. Playing thruogh EA app no error. What's next to troublshoot?
