Error code: EC:104 and Background Crash

Hi, I am really struggling to open the EA app. Every time I click to open it replies with error code EC:104 and asks that I restart the app. After I restart the app, it says that the background services crashed and that I should run an update. When it runs the update, it responds ~

QIODevice: : read (QNetworkReplyHttpImpl): device not open

Update server is unavailable

My EA app is set to run as Administrator. Can anyone help with the issue?

    There is a possibility that your incorrect PC time/date is causing this. Make sure your time/date is correct, reboot, and then retry. Let us know if this helps you. Thanks.
