EA Play games not showing on Gamepass app

I've try these but nothing works:

Close the EA app.

navigate to the Xbox app

Go to settings (click your name top left corner)

Select "extensions"

Disable the extension for the EA App 

Locate the game you want to download on the Xbox app

You'll notice that the install selection has now gone away and been replaced by an option asking you to "enable extension" 

Enable the EA app extension

The Xbox app should then launch the EA app automatically

Once you see the EA app open, you should now be allowed to select an SSD/HDD to install the game

I get this error: "We are having trouble connecting to the EA App. Try restarting the Xbox App or contacting EA App support."
