3rd party apps were never an issue with Origin, yet with EA App suddenly it's a problem. So yeah, they should look into that and it's not players fault that there is some issue. To be honest EA App feels like malware with all their background processes which we don't need when we don't play.
- @meowingfordays I have the same every time I open the app. But you can click cancel, it will go away and you can carry on playing, games still work for me at least.

I haven’t opened Ea in months on my mac, and have been wanting to play so I launch the app and am met with the app icon bouncing for the longest. The app finally opens and I get an error message where it tells me to restart it. I do that and the same thing happens again. I finally get in and repair my game but when I try to open it, error. I restarted my mac dozens of times, and deleted and reinstalled the app twice. It takes forever to open and i get “Error code: EC: 108 Something went wrong and a quick restart should fix it” but it doesn’t. Help please, any solution?
Ive also updated my mac so its not out of date.
