Error INST-14-1603

INST-14-1603 - Unknown fatal error

This error means that something went wrong during your installation.

If you’re using a PC, try these steps to solve the issue:

1. Manually install any missing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables from the official Microsoft website.
2. Restart your PC.
3. Make sure you have a stable network connection, and download the EA app on ea.com.
4. Run the new installer and follow the instructions.

If you’re using a Mac, try redownloading and reinstalling the EA app.



Even after following these procedures, trying to find any answers on this website, nothing has worked.  The Installer itself needs to be fixed

I cannot even play games I bought and downloaded for Steam, or other platforms if it needs to run through EA, because EA is broken.

Please go back to the drawing board, make a new installer, or fix the one you currently have, because it is not working, and you are losing customers by having a failed product.
