I have another account (not the one that created the case) that cannot properly complain about the case. And because I am blocked, I cannot change my email. I can only use the account I am currently using and creating the case, my other account because I registered the mailbox is NetEase mailbox, sent a complaint but no case number, it seems to be blocked by ea, so I can not create the case, the account name is Fay _ 1234A, the mailbox is [edit: email address removed] So now I can only use the account I'm creating the case with to make representations about the account I am banning. The account that is being banned, Fay _ 1234A, just bought an It Takes Two on steam. It shows an unreasonable ban when I log into the ea account. I don't understand it. I buy a lot of ea games, I love them all but can't use them right now. I haven't cheated on any of the games. I don't understand why I was banned.
