expansion help

i linked my ea account with my steam account, why cant i play my expansions from ea on steam? i was able to a few weeks ago but then i had to fix computer and now i cant play them on either account but they are downloaded, and why cant i get help from the ea company?.... Help!!!!! tia

Hey JessyWoodham2021,

If you navigate to Marketplace > My Collections, are your packs showing as 'Active' or something else?

You'll need to log in to the EA account that your Steam account is linked to in order to access those packs.
