Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

Hey, I've had the Sims 4 since 2015 and am just now transferring over from Origin to the EA app but it seems that all of my expansion packs have been deleted? There's no shot I'm paying another $40 per expansion pack I've bought over the years - I had nearly all of them and now they're all just completely removed from my account, and Origin automatically uninstalled from my computer when I transferred over to the new app. Has anyone else dealt with this issue? I can't find a way to contact EA

It looks to me like you've got at least 2 EA accounts, and are signing in on the wrong one. The account you're posting with here has never had any The Sims 4 content associated with it.

You can confirm this by checking your purchase history here, if you can't remember your other account info you can also reach out to an advisor at Help.ea.com with any invoice number or CD Key that you've registered on the account before (check your emails to find these) to locate the other account.
