Expansion packs "Not Available for Purchase"

Hi there! I've been meaning to buy several of the expansion packs, such as Discover University, High School, Business & Hobbies, Pets, etc. BUT i keep getting a message saying "Not Available for Purchase", while i could see other 'very few' packs available, such as Enchanted by Nature.

I really wanna use the discount this week, but i can't seem to have the option. I live in Qatar, and i saw other posts about technical issues in some regions that got fixed.

Is there hope that i could buy them before the discount is done? :(
