Expansion packs

So, recently I decided to undownload the Sims 4 for space and then I redownloaded the Sims 4 but when I redownloaded the game all my packs which I had already bought and said it had been installed would not come up with them being downloaded under pack settings and I tried everything, redownloading and downloading the game, repair button several times, restarting the computer sever times, logging off, turning the computer on and off, reinstalling the packs, a lot of stuff. None of these things worked. I’m thinking it’s a bug or something by this time, I don’t know. I would like help to sort this problem out though. I would be really really grateful.
